Planned to see Johannesburg major attractions and it was perfect base for visiting all of them. My standard king room had a private safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator.

Majestic hotel, very specious rooms, enthusiastic staff. Appetizing breakfast, especially fruit, hot waffles, eggs, pastries and bacon. In a spectacular location, 5 minutes' walk to train.
Facilities were beautiful, even so Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
